Cup Tie On Sky

Dundee’s Scottish Cup fourth round tie with Motherwell will be played on Sunday 9th January 2011 at Dens Park and it has been confirmed that the game will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The coverage will come as a very welcome boost to the clubs coffers and hopefully the team will put on a good display for a big crowd in Dens and the TV audience.

Dundee Draw Motherwell

Dundee have been handed a home tie with Motherwell in the 4th Round of the Scottish Cup.

Lee Wilkie and John Hughes were at Hampden today to complete the draw which will be played over the weekend of 8/9th of January.

The tie will be a repeat of the 2008 clash in which Dundee came out 2-1 victors at Fir Park. Paul McHale and Scott Robertson were the scorers for the Dees that day with Kevin McDonald and Gary McKenzie being sent off late on, leading to a tense final 10 minutes.
